Therefore, if like quieter places, which are not packed with people, relaxing on this Nerja’s beach should make you happy.

Among the local beaches worth visiting, one will also find Playa Calahonda. It is known as the ‘fishermen’s beach’, and it is located just beside the Balcon de Europa. You can feel very special in there, as the spot is surrounded by rocks and cliffs, and the whole beach is rather small and cosy. If you decide to rest on this beach you can count on some facilities, for instance sun beds, parasols and a restaurant.   

And finally, the place which should not be forgotten while relaxing in Nerja is Playazo Beach. It is the longest one in the area and can be easily reached by car. It is strongly recommended for family picnics and barbecues. The beach is not so popular among tourists, and therefore you can count on some privacy in there. As a result, the choice of bars and restaurants is not so broad, and those who visit the beach usually walk or jog in there.

Nerja is a perfect spot to enjoy yourself in a variety of ways. As the weather in the area is marvelous almost all the time, you can truly appreciate the sun and benefit from its marvelous facilities.
